Heat Transfer printing, like screen-printing, is a process that transfers artwork onto fabric. However, with heat transfer, your artwork is printed using dye-sublimation ink onto paper that is then laid on top of fabric. Heat and pressure are applied, transferring the ink to the fabric.
This process allows for an infinite variety of long-lasting, multi-colored designs with a level of detail that isn't possible with screen-printing. Additional advantages of heat-transfer include color-fastness (no fading) and a smooth surface. Unlike the pricing for screen-printed lanyards, cost decreases as quantity increases.
